HOUSING PROGRAMS

Nehemiah CDC combines affordable housing development, responsible property management, and resident support to create homes that benefit both residents and neighborhoods. The goal is not only to provide housing, but to help people sustain it, pursue personal goals, and participate in healthy communities.

Quality, affordable homes designed for stability, dignity, and a neighborhood environment residents can be proud to call home.

Nehemiah House

Structured recovery housing and daily support for adults rebuilding after homelessness, incarceration, addiction, and instability.

Room at the Inn

An expansion of Nehemiah's housing and recovery model intended to add transitional living, community space, meals, training, and pathways toward independence. Confirm current project status before publishing.
