Nehemiah CDC’s financial growth pillar helps participants move from survival mode toward greater stability, responsibility, and long-term planning.

Ready for Work is an 11-session workforce development series designed to help participants prepare for stable employment. Topics may include job searching, resume development, interview preparation, workplace expectations, professional presentation, and practical steps toward long-term employment. This series is intended to be more outward-facing and may be open to community participants as details are finalized.

The Financial Growth Class helps participants build practical money management skills, including budgeting, planning, and responsible financial decision-making. Led in partnership with Molly Walker through Grace Community Church, this class supports residents as they prepare for long-term stability and independent living.
