Cottages on 6th provides affordable rental housing for qualifying individuals and families in Bartlesville. Because units are limited, prospective residents are placed on a waiting list.

When a unit becomes available, pre-applications are reviewed in the order received. Applicants selected for further consideration may be asked to provide additional information and documentation before eligibility is determined.
Before You Begin
Please complete the application fully and accurately. Incomplete applications will not be added to the waitlist.
After joining the waitlist, you are responsible for keeping your contact information, household information, and income information current. The existing application also requires applicants to check in every 60 days to remain active and provides for removal after six months without contact.
What Happens Next
Nehemiah CDC will review your pre-application for the waiting list. If a unit becomes available and your application reaches the appropriate stage of review, the team may contact you for additional documentation and eligibility verification.
